Payment options / Cancellation policy

The agency accepts payment by bank transfer or credit card (American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard).
Holiday vouchers and bank cheques are not accepted. Cash payments from individuals to professionals or between professionals are permitted up to €1,000.

The booking is only valid after receipt of a down payment (max. 25% of the total price of the stay). The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
The down payment is due 6 months before the date of arrival (cancellation is free of charge until this date). Once the deposit has been paid, any amounts already paid will be retained by the agency in the event of cancellation. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Payment in instalments
is possible under the following conditions:
1st instalment: 25% deposit required (non-refundable)
Subsequent instalments: according to your financial means
The balance remains due 30 days before arrival.


Payment on arrival
is possible under one condition:
Confirmation of a deposit by credit card (valid for the duration of the upcoming stay)
An administration fee also applies (€18 including VAT).
