Inside there is a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, Italian coffee maker, Senseo machine, electric hob with hood and oven. The kitchen opens onto a bright living room with a dining table for four, a sofa bed, and a small TV with cable channels.
The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 120x190 bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a 140x190 double bed, wardrobe and baby cot. The second bedroom has a separate entrance that opens onto the courtyard, offering a degree of privacy.

Outside, the covered, east-facing terrace invites you to soak up the morning sun. It is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, including a bistro table and stools, as well as a parasol to protect you on sunny days. A plancha grill is also available for convivial outdoor meals.
The terrace overlooks a gravelled courtyard, a quiet space where you can relax. There's also a petanque court for family and friends to play on. The grounds are fully enclosed, ensuring both security and peace and quiet during your stay.
This house is perfect for a relaxing stay close to the sea, yet within easy reach of local shops and attractions.
However, we like you to note that the house is located next to the railway line.
